The Knowledge Investment Agenda is a comprehensive agenda featuring a multi-year approach that requires all parties to make extraordinary efforts on all fronts (education, research, innovation and entrepreneurship). The agenda is a guideline for future public and private knowledge investments, but it is not just about money. It also sets out measures for renewing the Dutch knowledge and innovation system.
